Surprisingly, Im updating more than usual now.

Training this week has been ccrrraaappp.
WHOLE BODY ACHING!
My thighs feel like their gonna collapse under my weight any sooner.
I have difficulty sitting and standing and even adjusting the positions on my seat.
My shoulder feels like its been tensed for the last five years.
And my old crap is kicking in again.
Gee, what a wonderful week eh?
Ahh, I shouldnt be complaining man.
Infact, I should be grateful;
to be able to have all these aches,
to be able to still attend trainings.
Ahh, ENOUGH OF THESE THOUGHTS!
must think positive
MUST THINK POSITIVE!
Must always look on the bright side of life(:
